You are the eyes and ears for your organization, and what you notice can be the missing puzzle piece that saves lives. With the S.A.F.E. skills you learn in this training, you will feel confident with your ability to spot a potential threat. When you and your coworkers are looking for the same warning signs, we all benefit from a safer, more predictable, and less volatile workplace.

Preventing the Next Mass Attack
Active shootings are preventable if people around the shooter know what to look for and how to report warning behaviors. We all share the responsibility to detect and stop the next active shooter. After every attack, friends and family of the shooter say they wish they could have done something to stop it. We are going to teach you how.
In an active shooter situation, every second matters. The vast majority of attacks (69.8%) ended in 5 minutes or less, and over a third of attacks (36.5%) last for less than 2 minutes. You need to act, and you need to act FAST.1
